My career began in the trades, working hands-on in construction since the late 1990s. That early field experience later led me into a startup focused on smart home technology and small remodels, and eventually grew into leading construction and facilities operations across approximately 150 locations in multiple states.
That journey taught me that great companies are built on systems, leadership, communication, and accountability — not simply technical skill. Rather than purchasing a franchise or following someone else's blueprint, I built Luxona from the ground up. Every process, every standard, and every customer experience reflects decades of real-world experience.
